Prices have gone up considerable from last year so we chose a twilight time, but there twilight times don’t start till 4pm. When we’d completed our round we wanted to shower, go to the bar (cold beer and food) and watch the US Open, but everything was closed. That in its self was very disappointing. Having said that, the course was in great condition.

Hi. The course was amazing as usual and you guys your end was amazing in all the changes we have had to make.
One thing we wasn’t happy with was the club hire place. We didn’t manage to get our clubs until 5 minutes before we was due to tee off which was stressful. And on collecting the clubs we got a message saying they will be late leave them in clubhouse and when I did I get a message saying one of the clubs was broken and they will be charging me 75 euros. My reply to them was there wasn’t a club broke and if there was someone there to check over this at the time we could have all made sure everything was correct. They wavered the charge but they wasn’t very professional

Great course in super condition. The staff has done a great job after the heavy rainfalls in the region causing a lot of damage. Well maintained and fast greens. If you wall the course, better be in good shape

Course was great as always and we appreciate all the improvements being made.
We were paired up with a very nice couple so that part worked well. The thing that did not work well was that the round was nearly 5 hours long and we were stuck behind 2 x 4-balls who were playing a Texas Scramble which is a slow format!
It spoilt th whole experience I am afraid.

The course was not as good as expected. Especially the bunkers varied extremely in quality. Some were sand, some felt like concrete and some were full of small stone/gravel. Other than that, the service from the staff was very good.

Very nice golf course.
Everything worked perfekt, except for a very much long time lasting game. Even though there were not so many on the cource - it did take 4 hours and 45 min. Waiting on every Tee and waiting longer and longer. Once we did even stay 3 flights waiting.

The Course has some really nice holes and is varied. There is a lot of building work going on around the course and it seems the workmen have little consideration for the appearance of the course. Areas on paths with excessive amounts of mud from machinery, a general feeling of golf comes a distant second to the property development.

Course in great condition. A pity to have no drinks or food buggy on a hot day. No caddy master so no ice/cards etc. Just felt that staff were less attentive than in previous visits.

I have played there a few times and this time the course was undergoing essential maintenance, this meant us having to play
'temporary' greens on a few holes. A bit dissappointed, but necessary nevertheless.

when the wind blows.....
the course becomes an interesting challenge, 6 and 7 are great holes as is the famous 17, but the rest are all pretty straight forward and without the very strong winds that we played in the course would have not been such a test. The staff were great, and got us off a but early in front of some Scandinavian golfers who were in a kind of teaching school, a quick word about the bunkers however they are not filled with a more traditional kind of sand, they were very gritty and shallow, making escape via "normal" shot methods impractical.
Par 3, 7th is a stunning hole, and a tough green to hit at the best of times, with a fully carry over a lake, around 75% of the green, factor in a 30 mph gusting wind blowing diagonally against your shot and it was near impossible to hit the green, step up Gaz and Paul (me), and we both hit woods from 185 yrds out finding the center of the green!
Also stayed at the hotel, which was excellent, great breakfasts, good food and very nice large rooms.
